Bridging the Gap: Sharing the Design Process

Last week, I introduced how my team uses Figma to another team we work closely with. There were so many interesting questions that came out of the session, that I thought was a no brainer.

It’s so easy to assume that others understand the tools and terminology you use when you work in close proximity.

As a person who designs for the most optimal experiences, I remind myself to practice empathy because the design process involves more than just designers; there are many moving parts that contribute to building the best products. When you build that relationship, the issues no longer feel like a struggle but rather challenges that you can tackle together.
